I think Korean talent is already playing in T1
they need few years to mature again
(SPG players are the best and far ahead of every league in the world barring G2 who are veterans)

nah not really, if academy teams were allowed to compete in ascension this year, T1 academy would win it. And there are plenty of other tier 2 korean talent besides SPG
