I think three teams is reasonable at least. Gen.G and DWG are huge and would definitely boost viewership in the region if they become successful.
if viewership is the metric we are going by japan should get +2 slots than korea
How many times does it have to be said that it’s orgs not rosters. Not every Korean org will field a Korean roster. As well, this list isn’t even confirmed yet and probably won’t be the final list.

seems like nothing's stopping the other good japanese teams from being bought up by korean orgs (or any team being bought by any org of a different nationality)
all in all i just hope we get to see edg and northeption again even if they're under different names
i think the kr orgs will want to keep atleast a shell of a kr roster.
might see the jpn/kr hybrids you see in league (also like northeption)
im worried that indo/oce will be erased though.

SA is nowhere near as competitive as indo/oce
if there are 5 korean orgs, one of them would definitely pick up a japanese roster.
