I think Americas will be the best with both SA and NA being in the same competitive league.
Hope Pacific gets way better with all the APAC super teams playing regularly in the same league.

EMEA because people tend to forget that LATAM and Brazil teams are pretty much super rosters. Rosters with best possible players from those regions on every role pretty much. If that happened with EMEA teams it would be over for others.

That will happen with more NA and EU teams because of the limited teams allowed. It won't be to the same degree but if certain teams don't get franchised the ones that do will have overall better rosters and the talent will be less spread out.
