consistent at being in good form: half no half yes, good example is zeta/loud
they were top2/3 and one of them isnt going to make it to playoffs

Got the final of the masters? Yes, but was just one masters and they failed in the rest of the year. The core never advanced to playoffs. Failed in all group stages. They got the finals when Riot put them in th playoffs.
