After LCQ South America TBK is franchisable?

So TBK did an incredible match against KRU even stomping them on a map. We can all agree KRU is a pretty good team, which by consequence shows us TBK has potential to be a Top level team. My questions however is, can TBK get that initial franchise slot among Loud and KRU? will Riot play for potential or name weight?

Dude, the current roster has absolutely nothing to do with whether the org makes it or not, so no, TBK it's pretty much discarded, just like teams like PRX, Acend or Guild, rosters don't matter

That's the right topic, so, if Br is gonna have 2 spots, and every single Brazilian wants to play in franchising, the 10 better players of the region will make it. Do you think the 5 of them are top 10? Reality it's no, probably none of them but if they stick together they could promote through tier 2. Or maybe Konan or tuyz get picked up and the rest disbands, who knows
