Pre-nerf Jett vs Pre-nerf Chamber

Which agent would be better?
Jett with 3 cloudbursts, right click refresh and no double click dash. (Not 2020 Beta jett) or,
Chamber with 2 trips, 20 sec TP cooldown, 9.5s duration on slows.
Remember that the agent should be viable in the current meta where Sova is not that strong, Fade is really strong and the other sentinel agents aren't that good.

I would go for pre-nerf Chamber.
