To people who didnt come from cs go

Did Valorant made you more or less interested in CS:GO? I mean, i would guess that quiet a few people that never played cs:go went like: ,,Oh there is an even more hard core version of this game? With a more established scene and decades of history? I might check this one out!" I mean CS:GO´s numbers have been on the rise ever since Valorant came out.

I don't think there will be anyone who actually be in competitive gaming and don't know about the cs:go or cs 1.6, etc
Everyone knows what csgo is.
CSGO is just dull and bland

I started with Valorant and 1 year later found out that it's inspired from CSGO and that most of the pros are from CSGO. Tried playing it a few times, hated it very much, uninstalled it
P.S I watched a few pro CSGO matches too. Like I watched that tournament that Faze won recently (bcoz Tarik was watching it) and I loved the production

I knew of cs and teams like astralis and navi, but never cared much. Then valorant came out and I decided to actually watch some csgo matches and have been enjoying the majors, blast, and vct

I knew of csgo since 2015 but I did not have the means to play , like no internet and stuff just a potato pc .
so I remember playing this csgo warzone shit which I downloaded in in parts for over 5-6 days .
Its was a offline mode , played with bots but all skins were unlocked , still .
I tried valorant since its beta and have stuck to it since .
the concepts maybe same but still they are different and I like them both 🙂🙂.

Valorant made me more interested in cs tbh

I found out about cs from val. not playing either games rn but following the esports scenes. val scene more closely than cs.

Started watching cs after playing valo, but I've still never played it for any significant time.

i found out about valorant first before csgo. and yes it did make me more interested to watch csgo match

Yeah I was never into FPS games before Valorant, then Val made me like the genre and I tried CSGO. It's good but not for me, sticked to Val

i knew about the game since 1.6 but never really cared because i didn't have a pc, just playstation.
Then i bought a pc but only played wz, fortnite and ow.
Then i played after playing val but i found it boring so i installed Faceit.
I got destroyed and i didn't knew a single line up so i didn't bothered to continue playing

I installed the game after valo only because of friends that played it and had like 1000+ hours on it. They don't play csgo anymore. They play valorant now. I don't play csgo at all anymore. Only valorant.
