FPX had cypher already on breeze, PRX didnt run Chamber on 3 maps. Before PRX had cypher on all maps

PRX plays comps that are fitting with their playstyle
Cypher as a whole is trash in comparison to chamber, he needs a buff. But that doesn't mean that a team can't run it if they feel better with him or have a game plan.
