Ascenion teams will be kicked off after every two years regardless of wether they win champions or not its kind mean but still better than franchising

If they win they'd probably get bought out by a partner org. Alternatively, the champion org could buy out the spot of another org with their winnings
they will qualify again,they will be very strong
people seem to undermine how long 2 years is. this fking game is barely out for that long. this is an insane prize for winning the tier 2 league
and if they win champions their 2nd year in the league, it's pretty much guarenteed they will get bought out by partnership teams. it only kind of sucks for an org that gets demoted, but as i said 2 year partnership is an insane prize
