14 teams till 2026 per league?

Hows that possible if they keep demoting teams after 2 years. Wouldn't this make 12 teams constant? Or do they plan to expand to 12 partnered teams and 2 teams from VRL?

every year there's 1 new team

you get 4 fours of 2 year promotions (which are what actually grow the league), then switch to 1 year promos.

From 2026 2 teams are promoted annually I believe?
