Here is my opinion.
1st seed:
FPX, OPTIC, PRX and Loud

2nd seed:
Fnatic, Xset, DRX, Leviatan

3rd seed:
Xerxia, 100T, Team Liquid, Zeta

4th seed:
KRU, Furia, EDG, Boom

mb yeah, but Loud results was better this year, so mb Loud will get 1st seed. Im not sure of 3rd and 4th seeds team. Hard to guess

lev will be first seed, loud 2nd, kru 3rd cuz they qualed through winners in SA lcq and furia qualed through lowers

which means switch kru and 100t or boom maybe?
