I do to cuz its easier for me but it can mess your aim up and make it hard to communicate while shooting due to having to move your thumb

mb is fine, it depends on your mouse grip if it alters your aiming in any way

just in case if someone need a pedal or something for push to talk. you can use an old mouse and block the censor of it so it doesnt move anymore and you can fix it under your table on the ground where your feet are and just activate your voice by pressing any key on that mouse with your feet.
