Limiting 6 regions to 3 teams (while Japan gets the same) is absurd and unfair for all the effort put into by players and orgs so far.
On top of this its alleged that many of the orgs you would expect to be franchised are being pushed aside.
This means there will probably have multiple regions left out for japanese viewership
Out of HK/TW, MY/SG, TH, PH and VN only three regions will have teams

LoL has moved to diverse rosters because of franchising but i worried that riot will put unnecessary restrictions on imported talet preventing players left out by franchising from finding any franchised team.

To be fair japan has big org investment and huge audience

There's a lot of talk about some cool tier 2 stuff

Can't really complain about Japan since it has o much viewership/growth rn. But yes 3 regions for APAC is really fucked . I just hope it doesn't diminish growth which is happening rn in big countries like Indonesia and India and have a much larger potential.

Yeah, 10 teams is so little to represent 3, 4 regions in a league. It should be 12.

I am guessing Bleed, Xerxia and Team Secret will make the franchising. Sad to see since prx wont probably make it
