He doesn't get impactful kills or first blood on attacking rounds. Against faze, he had 8 kills in 3 maps. IF HE IS GOING TO PLAY A JETT OR CHAMBER HE NEEDS TO EITHER GET FIRST BLOOD OR FRAG OUT. He does not create space.

Not really, at least I’m not. I’ve been saying this for months. I’ve been saying “well give him time to gel and grow with the team” but it’s been close to 8 months of nonstop praccing with the team, playing matches, etc. and he hasn’t improved. I want to move on.

Even his peak performance is not good enough for tier 1 play

He definitely needs to work on consistency but he's had plenty of time to do that which is what people are hating on him for. It's do or die at this point because if he bombs out again against SEN then he's for sure getting dropped

Gonna gve an my take: will is not bad, he's just not good enough for t1. I want 100t to drop him because there is better players. He pops off like once every 10 matches and every 20 maps. Not consistent and doesn't play to a high level.

Since he was on bbg he's been mediocre, and when 100t picked him up it didn't make sense. He fixed none of their issues, since even on bbg the primary op was rarkar not will, which is what 100t was missing
