ranks in solo queue

i dont play valo that much, came back to it after one year, had gold 2 and thats where the fun part begins. played it a lot this month and got up to platinum 3. play as viper, learnt the lineups including the postplant molly ones, know the maps, timings all of that bullshit
THE QUESTION is
why do i keep getting queued with people whos rank is gold 2 :DDDDD those kind of people who just started playing the game and dont put much effort in winning and simply play the game by running around, i had one plat 2 teammate and the rest is gold while the enemy team is plat 1-3 (NO GOLD PLAYERS), i do genuenly want to know since its really fucking hard to play with such rank distribution, it feels so unfair, im used to the enemy team being better in general but why cant i have teammates of MY own rank, it made me so frustrated that i had to sign up on this site to find the anwser :DDDDD what is wrong with this game
my guess is that because i went on winstrike of 15 games

This is why i always prefer to queue with my friend, even when we are losing we still had a fun game
