I don't live in Korea atm but I do follow its valorant scene. T3xture is the best jett there. Trust me unless ur also counting Seoldam but he plays in JP vct but I don't think he's as good. Also people are gonna be so confused why BuZz is playing jett instead of rb in Vision Strikers when they reach masters berlin but BuZz is much better at jett. And I think he's probably still gonna be underrated for a while until masters. He's a very good player and people in NA only know rb.
