I feel like riot is going to fuck up the americas franchising league so much. I feel like they are going to give latam and brazil up to 5 slots which is WAYYYYYYY to much considering the below average results theyve always shown and as a result its going to stunt the NA growth and talent pool so much. Rito indie company.

Considering that NA is a 1 team region i don't think that will be any problem.
But yes, not doing a SA/NA franchise is stupid.
