Not even close, its recency bias. Optic is the most consistent team so far in valorant unless they rapidly fell off putting them anywhere below top 3 is trolling.

We are still in an era that no team can be really consistent and win 2 tournaments in a row.
We are in the "NIP CSGO era 2012~2013" (teams didnt mastered the game strat-wise yet) if we could compare both valo and csgo scenes.

absolutely not. They got demolished. It almost was a swift 2-0 but idk what made them switch comps up and jingg having the worst game of his career for some reason. Fracture and Haven was not close at all. PRX was pushed to the limits in both maps. There was no such resistance from optic.

Because it has nothing to do with winning the tournament. Optic won that mickey mouse iceland tourney where the EMEA teams were weakened and some of them (liquid) shouldn't even be there.
Floptic would be outside of the top 10 in EMEA.

1-2. PRX and FPX are on different levels rn they look even but we'll see tmr

Optic/FNC (they look even tbh just look at results, i think they both didnt show what they couldve this event but we'll see at champions)
Guild ( beat optic, took FPX to 3rd map and if they won ascent which was a close map they wouldve won)

Why are people denying that Fnatic is not equal, if not better, than Optic?
Fnatic opponents this LAN:
FPX twice (finalist, but won once)
PRX (finalist, arguably top 2 in the world)
LEV (3-0'd KRU in Challengers)

Optic opponents in LAN:
FPX (finalist)
Loud (kinda underperformed this LAN, but a very good team)
KRU (also a good team but not top 5)
DRX (good team but not on the level of EMEA teams)

Optic had to fight through groups, had a closer match against Paper Rex, and put up an equal fight against FPX. Fnatic beat literally only the same teams that DRX did, which is FPX with a sub and Leviatan. Optic are better than Fnatic.

Despite it being 2-1 in favor of PRX. Optic and Fnatic both got the same number of rounds off PRX (21 rounds) despite Optic playing 3 maps.

This is true but this doesn't really discount Fnatic's strength, it just shows that DRX are a lot closer to Optic/Fnatic. It can honestly be FNC>=Optic>=DRX or FNC = Optic >= DRX.

You say that Optic had a closer match against Paper Rex, but that's honestly kinda troll imo. I mean Paper Rex v Optic was 13 - 3, 9 - 13, then 13 -5. (meaning that they got boomed on every map that wasn't bind which could be attributed to the fact that on bind PRX had no flashes and weren't playing the yoru comp), and while Fnatic lost 2-0, the round count was 26-21 (meaning it could've gone either way - (the PRX players even said this after the match was over)), so I would say Fnatic and Optic are about equal.
