Will International Events still be held??

SInce franchising is regional and each region will have its own leagues and lans so does that mean no more international lan or like the top placing teams in the league will later go to international events

what I wonder if it will be Top4 each league no matter what or let's say ASIA's region JP doesn't make a Top4 will they still hold spots for teams from countries even if they don't perform in the league?

I don't think so, that would be stupid to create a unified league and then still give slots to their original regions. It would be better to keep them separated
