it stings, but its a known problem in the team that just hasnt been fixed. i dont know what they've done to try and combat this, but its not working.
Mental coach from what i have seen so far they need one asap and other support staff as well.
I genuinely think its time for a roster change and maybe stop with these strict set plays and start playing loose.
