i see it as peeking as soon as the round starts to get a first blood but mainly for the reason that you think you are better than the other team. but they are not limited to beginning of the round, it can happen in mid-round and post plant scenarios
ive seen these happen most on ascent and haven
Also questionable IGLing. They never get better somehow. they always struggle to T2 teams mostly and lose to every T1 teams.
