Call me biased, but VS were ahead of the game early on since they brought a level of tactics that other teams didn’t have yet

Maybe, but EMEA/NA weren’t very competent yet. NA’s 2nd best team was somehow TSM despite the team having no strategy and relying on a triple duelist comp while Heretics had a literal cheater on their team, cough nieSoW cough
