Yay, but Derke is the more flexible player. You can swap them with very little difference in impact. I would say that Derke enables a lot of different comps and playstyles though.
Yeah optic can't play a map without sage or Jett or chamber, which as the meta evolves and with chamber nerfs might force optic to leave certain maps out of their map pools
i mean, yay cant play any other agent other than the 3 i mentioned. and with jett being nerfed and potential chamber nerfs which will make him less viable on some maps(his good maps will be shrunk to 4-5 at max), yay's team will find it hard since yay cant play any other agent
I mean he’s never played any other agent because there’s been no need to. I’m sure if he’s pressed to play another agent, he could pick it up. Still a very smart player and insane aimer.
Yay is better when opping but he doesn't have op every round. Derke is a better rifler and can also play raze stupid well unlike yay. I'd say Derke is the better player overall and their chambers are close
Derke is just good on every agent he picked up ig. Yay is just a demon on Chamber and Jett... so yay is better on chamber but Derke is more flexible. But both are arguably Top 3 itw rn
