Server down???

The Bahrain server isn't down but I am getting 90 ping on it
I mean it gives me a reason to touch grass but it's 36 degrees celcius outside/ 97 degrees Farenheit and it's humid af
what does a brother do

it happens sometimes but for me its fixed after 10-15 mins

umm it's been over 2 hours and it's still at 90
twitter has been complaining from what I have seen seems the server has issues
