It's a really unknown reason why M3C can get the visas, but all i can know is FPX being a chinese org and not widely having a eu division is maybe the reason why they can't get the connections and things.

That's exactly why M3C can play, since they have their visas from last year, while the rest you listed haven't played any masters/champions event, therefor they didn't get any visas.
