valorant assets loading take so long

so i just recently got an rtx 3050, and i noticed when playing valorant the assets in the game (agent pngs, gun pngs, etc..) takes so long to load for some reason, with my old gpu it was all fine and I havent encountered this problem before, any1 know whats happening? also I get random fps drops when playing in game and when I alt tab during loading screen in match, my game sometimes crashes.

is ur hdmi plugged into ur gpu or motherboard?
have you downloaded the correct drivers?

I havent had anything down to that detail, just slow loading map textures (they sometimes look low poly PS1 graphics for like 30 seconds), and my voice and text chat constantly disconnecting. i have a rtx 2070 on high graphics and never had an issue with anything of the sort from when i got the game to like patch 4.09 or so, now its every game. I honestly couldnt tell you but your problems as weird as mine. Riot just needs to fix their shit

Uninstall with cc cleaner. Make sure BIOS is updated, use nvidia control panel to check your 3d settings to make sure everything is normal (i.e texture buffering off)
