If he thinks NA scene is just a bunch of braindeads, he should create his own super team, then.

Do something like Pancada did and present a project to a org.

Wardell - Chamber
Stew - Initiator
Tarik - Flex
Brax - Controller
Tenz - Duelist

All of them learned how to play flashes, smokes and molotov in cs. I'm sure some of them can "sacrifice" themselves playing controllers, initiators and flex.

Tenz, Tarik and Stew won important titles (Masters and Major) and have a credit in fps scene. Maybe a big org (Astralis, C9, etc..) can accept their project.
