Anyone have problems sleeping? What are some things you do to help you sleep besides taking prescribed medication?
well having sex or masturbating can be a quick fix if its a problem only sometimes not recommended to get addicted to this
otherwise if you're having the problem daily I would highly recommend you to start doing basic yoga
20-50 suryanamaskar ie sun salutations daily in the morning (YT for proper form remember breathing sequences are to be followed properly in sync)
and 5 pranayamas
1) Anulom-Vilom
2) Ujjayi Pranayam
3) Bhastrika Pranayama
4) Kapalbhati Pranayama
5) Bhramari Pranayama
other than that you can take drugs too but from my observations that will fuck you up more
