Anonymous sources say OCE eSports team "ORDER Gaming" have submitted their application to join the upcoming "Pseudo-Franchising" that Riot games will be implementing in the 2023 variation of VCT.

Yes u right, but the owner of PWR has publicly stated that they were rejected from even applying. So yea.
Good luck but PWR didn't get approved so the chances are low, sadge for OCE
To be fair, PWR does not have a current relationship with Riot unlike ORDER so Riot doesn't really have an idea of what PWR would offer other than using PWR's Content and other eSports involvements.
AFAIK Order is the biggest esports org in OCE after Renegades so good chance they take it
