is LCQ only NA teams or are they gonna add SEA teams?

Na lcq is only NA, APAC lcq is for sea why would sea come to NA lcq?
Cuz last time OCE was supposed to be in NA LCQ with it being 10 teams 2 were from OCE
thats cause there was sto many apac teams and na is the next closest
