eu really doesnt like chamber, it plays cypher over it most of the time except for bbl, acend and fnatic
check na and eu's pickrates, its a hell of a difference, especially after it was nerfed to 1 trap, cross out weeks 1 and 2. cypher beats chamber in pickrates on ascent split and fracture while 50/50 on breeze, compare this to NA, there's chamber everywhere. and remove these 3 teams, you barely see any chamber

No not always tbh. For chamber, yes NA was ahead of the curve, but most of the time they're not that much ahead. Neon was first ran by DRX, same with the Kayo, and then Optic and C9 respectively pioneered it in NA.
what's wrong is the exeptions acend just started playing chamber and bbl didn't play it the first groups i think, but i agree EU didn't like chamber at first
although i always feel NA integrates new agents faster than EU every time with neon, chamber, kayo
