Unless a different NA team wins masters 2, the Guard are guaranteed to go to champions right?
This is kinda scuffed cuz the guard are arguably one of the weakest T1 teams in the region it's looking like

It's the fact that Guard didn't have to play groups that really is making this bad. We just need one team to make top 8 that isn't optic though and the guard may get bumped to LCQ.
This will also favor G2 in EMEA.

no guard only have 220 points so someone has to get out of groups from NA

i think if any team other than optic makes first seed guard go to lcq, but if they're 2nd seed and get grouped, i think guard makes champions

if xset or luminosity make masters and get grouped going 1-2, they still surpass guard

they just need a 7-8th finish at masters to surpass guard. If they can't do that, then they dont deserve to be above them
Edit: They could also surpass the guard with 9-10th finish at masters if they're XSET or Luminosity
