I'll answer and say it straightly. Indians are mediocre at this game, and i'll put an absurd answer. It's a harsh truth, and as we can see they try to put up pressure at other opponents by using the same "nah fuck you all we gonna rush mid and rely on RNG and cluelesness" but this strat only works at team who doesn't know their holes and weaknesses. So my point there is they use the same strat over and over again and pray that it works, and it makes them look like a brainless guys just rushing through everything. It's a harsh truth, and don't get me wrong these guys had a potential at FPS. They've been given enough time to prepare and adapt to the other region's playstyle, and eventually it's not enough. I do wish Riot implements a third party tournament where APAC region altogether competes, well that's my take (it's absurd). Thanks for staying.

I'm not biased at all so yea I agree that they are behind for now. Idk how SA will improve or the better question when will it improve. It's been slowly improving but so are the other teams and regions but at a much faster pace.

Tbh, i think fps scene in india has only been since the start of Valorant, before that in cs:go we only had 2-3 teams winning every tournament, and they didn't make some special strats cuz they knew they would come out on top

SA teams are Living L's so much time given and even after that they haven't won one match, last time SA won a match was GE VS DK when prime rossi used to play, damn there downfall idk what thes guys are even doing

tbh indians r just recently being exposed to the esports scene especially for pc, cause until rn 90% of indian teen boys r just forced to study whether they like it or not

few parents give their child the liberty to explore there career paths outside education india which has resulted in no results in sports and esports scene internationally
even if the child was good at a sports many parents wont let them play it anymore as they think he wont get too far in it

good thing that now these days esports is growing and hopefully sa comes stronger

Necessarily not a bad thing for now, given how NA / other major regions of the world have been exposed to Competitive FPS and you have upcomers grinding the game from decades, some starting from their primary school days.
Investment in India again is an issue as there's perhaps not much of a future due to the same thought process by Orgs.
Competitive FPS especially on PC being so widespread is very recent and majority only started playing during COVID. It may take time.

India is new to pc esports as well, should also consider that a factor

The gap between SEA and SA will always exist because SEA teams are improving at a faster rate than us. They don't even srcim with our Tier 1 SA teams coz we are too easy and there's nothing new to learn.
