if you sign Players, forbid them to play other Games like tarkov! only allow em to play the game they get paid to play! if they wanna play something else, let em ask you to leave the team so they can focus on minecraft, tetris, tarkov or whatever trash game they play!
Playing other games isnt a bad thing if you still practice with the team and play scrims, i think they have a 8 hour schedule for all of that and in their free time they can do whatever they want, as long as you meet your schedule you can play other games, but if you're in a bad situation you got to put more hours to catch up the others.
