i tried so many but lately been using red crosshair but i think you should consider using white crosshair (most of the pros using white; yay, cned)

i tried black dot crosshair and i think it is bad

Black crosshairs get lost in many surfaces. plus, a crosshair with a bright color would attract your eyes to what is inside it (ideally, the head) and would not get lost so easily (white with black outline, green, light blue etc)
