Igls moving away from the smoke and sentinel role

Vanity, redgar, fns, dephh, etc have all moved away from the traditional igl smokes role.

Some igls like fns moved away from the sentinel role because of the chamber meta however why have most igls who were previously on smokes move away from it onto initiators?

My tiny brain doesn't comprehend the complex brain that the igls have.

Easier to lead from the front just look at CS: Glaive, karrigan, Hampus, nafany, Boombl4, Art and Apex all entry or 2nd entry for their teams to make their star players shine.

because its hard to igl playing other roles than initiator
plus they can easily make teamplays with flashs with no problems

Changing meta, they play what's needed.

chamber meta ruining valorant.

because they had global control during the astra meta and thats good for igling i think, and now you can follow your duelist around and go for better plays
