This what happens when one player is the one that in control the entire things. The coach can't even make any change if that player don't like it even though it is a good change. It's like working on general office but the boss come to his underlings to make some agreements or some shit when it's supposed to be the otherwise.

Yeah there's definitely some team internal issues . Like they just aren't the same anymore. They don't play around each other like they use to.
