It goes by rounds. So if 100T gets 2-3 and they have a better W/L by rounds played they advance. The 13-0 really hurt them. But I don’t think I’ve ever seen a tournament format that tracks round spread go off a head to head. Because then the event would be considered over by now. There’s no way they’re going to continue to play games that don’t even matter
