the problem is he isnt even an option because other agents are way better, so the point of the buff is to make him atleast an option, not to completely replace jett and all

nah phneoix just needs his flash buffed and his wall replaced by a more useful ability

Make his wall able to to do a 360 so he can create situations to plant like a smoke and also flash out of it.
