Depends on how you rate regions. Based on 1 team or whole scene? And do you believe some of these regions can keep improving fast enough etc.
For me:

1. EMEA just based on amount of good teams and competitiveness alone.
2. NA
   rest can go however depending on how you rate them. LATAM maybe weakest if they keep performing like this.

man as an EMEA fan you just can't put us on 1 even with all the circumstances we were 3rd at best, no?

why is KR 6th tho they beat PRX NIP and ZETA, yeah ZETA got revenge but in the end they are 1-1 tho

yo what if there is no stronger regions and just strong teams. like yeah minor regions still exist since its harder to get players due to small player pools and low salaries. But this game unlike cs has a broader sense of playstyles that allow all regions be rly good.

If we're going with results from Master's, technically EMEA doesn't make Top 4. Obviously they didn't have their best team there, so that plays a part, but as of right now we have no idea how their best team plays internationally.

Also let's be honest, EMEA got dominated and almost every other region appeared to have gotten much better. I didn't see anything special out of EMEA (namely G2 and TL, but ignoring Fnatic's results due to their circumstances)
