this is simply not true, latvian players can both compete in EU and CIS + ardiis is lives in england, have you even heard that motherfucker talk? he is a literal scouse, idk why you are lying about things saying lavia is cis when they are not, they can play both since the separation between EU and CIS is idiotic and there is countries in conflict that can participate in both, same case for ukraine and any other baltic country + Why are you even talking? You dont know anything about how Europeans teams should be labelled, no1 would consider fpx CIS its actually stupid, CIS teams are teams who speak russian, FPX is just exploiting the system, no team that isnt composed by 5 CIS players should play on CIS, it should be reserved to russian speaking teams to get a chance to play challengers, not european mixes that last year had an EU core and then got suygetsu just so they can exploit the system and get an easy spot in challengers

I know what you are saying but my point is that no1 in Europe would call FPX a CIS team, they are just exploiting a bad system made by RIot, any team that speaks english and has players from different countries is called an "EU mix" in competitive play, there is a distinction between playing for a national team and a european team in Europe, no1 would call FPX a CIS team, also why tf is it CIS? Why would you even call it CIS qualifiers? Riot so stupid just call it Russia, also CIS players have the option to play EU qualifiers if they want to, even tho they wont because its 10 times harder than CIS qualifiers but they are allowed to

What you dont seem to understand from your foreign american point of view is that the de iure classification Riot uses for teams is not useful nor used by european fans, idc if they exploit a bad system and farm CIS qualifiers, they are still EU in every1 eyes but anyway this discussion is stupid because doesnt matter if EU or CIS they are just european at the end of the day, also why are you talking so much if you probably dont even know anything about EU as a region or what europeans think?
