Yes, he is. Something that i think is a mistake, having your entry fragger as a leader is not the best of choises.

true but, it's not about him being an entry fragger, i just don't understand how xand is the igl in that team i obviously don't know anything on the inside but he doesn't look like a good igl with his individual decisions

The problem of the entry fragger being the IGL is that he is probably gonna be the first one to be traded out. Coordinating everyone while you're dead is harder then it seems. And yeah, i don't think he is IGL material either way.
