i think a lot of it is from being quite unprofessional. they try to stifle upcoming talent, give their mates positions on teams that they dont deserve, want to stream instead of scrim and just don't work hard in general. lack of events and orgs not investing in academy teams doesnt help either

not hard working enough, slack in scrims, don't grind rank, too busy with streaming/clout., the list goes on really. This has been a pattern in pretty much all esports btw.
