I hope there's a VRL-like thing added to every single region. It really bolsters the tier-2 scene.

Otherwise, I think this is unsurprising since the format was more or less a test run for a league system.

VLR is meant for promotion, franchising basically means 0 chance on promotion only pay to entry. So doubt NA gets a VRL

VRL is meant for promotion as long as there is no franchise. LoL has ERL’s in EU and LATAM and they work just fine without promotion. Though i think NA will get an Academy league and no VRL.
