I'm not sure about that, a girl who follows LATAM scene said in Valoranting some intersting things about them, such as: when they played at lan they were like 2 meters of distance from their opponents so it was impossible give calls and some other things that made them underperform.
I hope they play well against Liquid cuz they left an excellent impression last year.

It happened but Riot LATAM changed that for the finals, they played in separate rooms like in LCQ
