How has sentinels managed to survive this long without a single sponsor? I thought most orgs make revenue through their sponsors, yet they went so long without one. Do they take a percentage from their player's sponsors? Were they bleeding money?

That's not a lot of sponsors compared to other orgs. I imagine most of their revenue is from streaming so that's probably the strategy they stick with
