Daniel " fRoD " Montaner has announced over Twitter that he has parted ways with T1 T1 Korea Rank #2 stax Kim Gu-taek (김구택) Meteor Kim Tae-oh (김태오) Sylvan Go Young-sup (고영섭) BuZz Yu Byeong-cheol (유병철) iZu Ham Woo-ju (함우주) and is seeking new opportunities in the Valorant scene.
According to the tweet, fRoD cited differences between the organization's management and himself leading to him parting ways with T1.
fRoD originally joined T1 in early May, being the fourth signing for the organization's Valorant roster. As the team's head coach, he oversaw the team's initial rise, dip, and return to the top flight of North American Valorant, as the roster saw tumultuous changes throughout the Ignition Series.
Before moving to Valorant to coach for T1, fRoD previously coached multiple CS:GO teams, having been a former CS 1.6 player with a career stretching over nine years.
