players have literally been benched only for that reason many time in esports just because their view and attiude etc didn't fit the team culture,i dont understand is valorant the first esports you watch???,how can you still make this about how its his personal fault that his opinions and ideas are DIFFERENT to other core players and ,have you maybe considered the fact his ideas were just not the same as the rest of the team and it has nothing to do with him not being able to "effectively have his ideas executed by the rest of the team",do realize the igl is not a robot who just executes ideas and everyone has to agree to them 100% of the time,if there are too many egos and voices on the team it will usually cause problems like this,and again it has nothing to do with personal performance

he's been individually not performing well
he has not been able to effectively have his views executed by the rest of the team (like you noted yourself)
nobody said he is at fault, just that he's not meshing well with the team
idk what more of a defense you have for him
