- They need a tier 1 igl. Jamppi used to be enough but not anymore as their mid round calls and roatations are nearly always off. They need a dedicated igl who can help guide them.
Solutions: 6 man roster. Liquid should move into a 6 man roster where they can have an igl with them. this way jamppi can improve as igl on certain maps and for other maps the new igl can help them out. Example: Split, acsent and icebox jamppi is igl. Other maps the 6th man igl would play instead. Finding an igl also shouldnt be too hard as their are currently tons of igls in Vrl who would be happy to join a tier 1 team.

yeah jamppi moving to chamber meant that. However nivera has played sova on some occasions with pretty good results

And yes sometimes, you can feel the problems Liquid faces due to the lack of a real IGL. Its pretty hard for Liquid to comeback mentally into games, and its pretty clear. Once they start losing a few rounds in a row, they get absolutely demolished in that map. Happened against Acend, Gambit, Guild in LCQ final and yesterday against FPX. Its just that they mentally crumble after losing a few initial rounds and failing to get that momentum

Make sense, you can't be top of emea without chad comebacks like its doing acend, gambit, fpx

No igl will want to be sitted for 3 maps...and if you saying aquire a igl who has to play 3 maps then he is a makeshift igl in a sense...you are not solving the problem that way
