as a fan of 100 thieves obviously yesterdays result doesn't please me. however I think the glaring issues are less to do with things like hiko baiting and asuna not playing reyna.
over the break I think the management made some poor decisions, babyj and ec1s are both great players however the route that the management and coaching has taken appears to be the wrong one. I feel that a better use of time would've been something like this.
Ethan-
- either get him to flex more off of skye, and onto kay0, sova, chamber etc.
or - play him on smokes
Asuna-
-either only play jett and raze
or
- get him to flex more onto skye, kay0, chamber, if ethan is on smokes
BabyJ was a great pickup imo, get him on some stuff that aint cypher though.
Hiko can keep being hiko or pick up a world class sova
and then we either needed to pick up
a smokes player like ec1s
or
a cracked jett player if asuna flexes more
the problem isn't the players, its the lack of depth in roles we are playing and our comps
obviously I don't know everything and the coaches are smarter than i am, but this is just my take
